On receiving end i never heard any voice and while calling aint no number went forward to the receiving end. This app is a scambogakhan
Unreliable
I purchased a French number and put some credit on it. It was working until yesterday, when Vyke started to charge me credits I didn’t buy. I complained to Apple. Then they disappeared with my number and the credits I bought previously. I used this number for banking accounts, now I can access them no more. Don’t spend your money with them. Perfect for cheap calls abroad
As the title says! I use this app to call abroad for work without this costing the earth and it’s between 1.5-5p per minute which is fantastic for a 15-20min call when an email just won’t do. No trouble with reception either.loumay0044

I can’t purchase a new number at the moment. Have deleted the app and have downloaded it for times and is still not working . Have done update and everything, you got to work on this. That is why am giving it 3 stars. Until then ....Marvelous05

I bought a phone number and i got a receipt that I’ve been debited but the Uk no I bought didn’t come up,I waited for three days but still the same thing,please refund my money back or fix your appIfeshine
Unable to receive Pin
I downloaded and installed the App. I tried to register and input my number but immediately I got an error message saying “Unable to register your number”
Only explanation is that someone else is trying to register my number fraudulently, which explains why I’ve been receiving txt messages saying
“Please type the following number into Vyke for verification: ***6 ”

Hi, yes, like any 2FA verification for apps, someone can enter your phone number. However, as they cannot receive the SMS, they cannot use it. We have possibly blocked the account if we are suspicious of activity. Please contact us at support@vyke.com, if you want access to the app.Easy and effective

Useless App
This App is a rip off, there are just extra charges everywhere you look. If you pay for credit, they charge you 30% more than what they say it costs. They say it costs 4p to send a text when I’ve been charged up to 16p per text, apparently because my texts are too long!
To top it off, the only phone call I’ve tried to make using this app kept getting cut off and it was impossible to communicate!
