Horrible!
This game use to be a good game. That is until recently. The customer support/developers don't give a crap and NEVER answer the mail you send in. I am in the process of fighting a monthly diamond purchase. I was billed and paid for the membership but did not get what I paid for. I sent in a request only for it to be ignored. When I had a problem with a purchase two years ago they were quick to fix it, usually within 24 hours. Now? You would see live zombies walking the earth before you see a reply to your email. So in my final words.... JoyFort (who the emails go to from the in game link) can shove their crappy game! I am done with the game, a base I worked on for over 3 years, and about $500 over the years will be gone. It's pretty bad when apple tells you to contact the app developers to fix any issues.Show lessVee19694

Been playing this game for over 2yrs, Joyfort said we where having a merger, Haven’t been able to sign in since. All the time and money spent obviously went in the toilet. I guess nothing will be done, it’s been over a week. Horrible thing to do to a honorable player. 👎🏽JoyJerks

Have played this game over two years now cannot log in after a server merge yet I get notifications of being attacked by others. I’m sure my base has since been rallied and lost ALL I’ve worked so hard for. No support from creators on web or Facebook even. Left me to burn. Zero starsBoosted93

Game is great, however developers and customer service is terrible. Will never be playing another joyfort game. There is a new equipment glitch, resulting in players having maxed equipment. They went from rank 100+ to 1-10 in a day, and devs will not respond to fix the issue. Do not play joyfort products. They only want your moneyShow lessJJman244

The game isn't bad if you really want to stay competitive you must spend money. The customer service is the worse. Server 24 has gone down unable to log into it for the 3rd week in a row. And always during kill event. The developers do not care and do not respondZillnos

The game hasn’t been updated in months as if the developers have abandoned it. Glitches are a recurring problem that aren’t solved in a reasonable amount of time. The game starts off fun but gets boring as nothing changes.Thisisbullshat

It’s a total sideshow. I got blocked for attacking the bullies. No explaining of the violation I was accused of. Because there isn’t one. Enough players complain you make their game hard so they can’t bully the game for game ego. They report you repeatedly with no evidence and then your banned. I just investedShow lessJrcoolidge1
