So slow :(
I was excited when Columbus libraries updated their app, which I use often. However, while the new app looks more modern and prettier than the old one, it is much, much slower. It takes twice as long to search for things and utilize it because it is constantly pausing to load. Most of the time, only half of the graphics (showing covers of books and movies) actually load. Very disappointing. I find myself dreading having to use this app to request something. I actually miss the old one!!Show lessEvilRedBubble

Time to start over
This has been a terrible update. It simply does not work. Please hire a new programmer that knows what he/she is doing and understands what library users need. I have experienced too many freeze ups and the search function does nothing. Maybe somebody forgot to plug in the server.Imesje

I can not find where a title is available. I shouldn’t have to reserve a copy if it’s nearby I will go pick up$&#!
Terrible update
The latest update is terrible!! Not very user friendly. Bring back the old app! Whom ever thought this app was an improvement was very mistaken. As large as this library system is, I expected better.grammabof4.

UPDATE TOTALLY S U C K S !!!!!
Ever since the update takes FOREVER to load!!! Spinning arrow makes me want to spin my phone like skeet. Now, only one item fits on your screen at a time. Still spinning!!!KingNetgear

I can view book that are overdue, soon to be due, or on hold, but nowhere can I find a full list of books currently checked out. I use this before I travel to make sure nothing will come due while I’m away. Seems like a basic thing to include on a library app.freqread
