App does not open
Played jewel academy on Facebook until it was removed so I downloaded the app but it won’t actually open. It takes you to a start screen with a play button but is totally unresponsive. It won’t work on my phone or my iPad.
I play this daily. In the last couple weeks I’ve not been able to get it to load. Is there something you can do? This is one of the few games I play and this one is my favorite. Still waiting for the next section to be released. Any help would be appreciated.

I play the original game back & forth hundreds of times hours on end…I literally have 3 star completion on every level except one…all 300 levels… have been waiting for the next level for Months I play the daily every morning…When will this game get the next set of Stages that actually Works ? Found the new and it will not open….😞

Downloaded, opened, get stuck. Deleted, redownloaded, still won’t run. Zero stars.
