Few things I recommend. 1/ Check the validation of your purchase in your apple account (If you have been charged). 2/ Uninstall and reinstall the app and try to reactivate the purchase. 3/ If you have another iOS device, install the app and reactivate the purchase. If none worked. Please contact Apple for a refund (I have no power on this part).
