I love this app
It's easy to use especially when allocating ones time to multiple jobs. Because I only use it to record 15 hours of work a week, and the amount of time I spend on volunteer work, I cannot justify the monthly fee which is now required. Honest review
I’m running iOS 13.1.3 currently on an iPhone XS Max.
Employee point of view using the app every day.
When I clock in I have to upload a photo. Sometimes I have to close out of the app to upload the photo because it glitches out when I take the photo. Once I open the app again to clock out for lunch I have to hit the button a few times before it responds to my touch. There’s no damage to my screen or phone. When I open the app back up after lunch (After 30 minutes) it will say I have only been clocked out for lunch for a few minutes. If I do not click the refresh button in the top right corner before I punch back in the app will clock my break for a few minutes in the system. I’m not sure why this app is so highly rated? Maybe it’s different for the employers POV or maybe there using a different operating system. I gave 2 stars because the app is semi functional.Show lessJahshzyshbshahhshsjuzjbsb

My job allows me to start from and end at home most days, so this app makes very convenient in that regards. I can also stop along my way for my own things throughout the day and this allows me to be fair with company time.Chaike.19
How to fix clock in issue.
Since time clock wizard isn’t addressing the issue I can tell you all that if it’s not letting you clock in since the last update go and allow it to check your location while using the app. It will fix the issue but will also allow them to check your location obviously.jgoldrule
Not easy to use
Every time there’s an update there’s something that always doesn’t work! First I can’t clock in and out for break like I used to do. Instead I have to clock completely out then clock back in. Now that it updated again it won’t let me clock in on my phone. Extremely frustrating!!!!Irritated worker
Update not working for me
Loved the old version. It forced me to update and I have had problems. Would love to use the graph feature but it won’t allow me to. Can’t set the beginning of my week to track hours so I manually have to set the day of my start week and find out I’m over. Please get it back to how it was. We continuously have asked our company to find something else.Show lessVollystar
