Poor updates
The app was updated and I lost all my child’s previous photos and reports from their teacher. The teacher adds reports from their end and they don’t appear on the app my end. Repeated issues when I’m relying on the app to see how my child is doing.rdxbphil

After updating the app, We have a repeatation of items:
1- 15 copies of teh same photo

Very Poor Functionality and interface
It's very frustrating when an app doesn't do what it should. There's problems with example the reports feature. Teachers are writing reports and it just doesn't show up on all devices. Not all parents have access to it.
The only feature that works properly is the photo gallery.
In general I think the user interface can be done a lot better. Button sizes / font sizes / layout of information are not on par with app designs we use on a regular basis.Show lessLarkleberries

Even after the picture size being fixed I still have the same problem!!!! Can't believe I've paid the nursery for the app and I can't see anything properly.

This is the worst app I have ever seen.
The right side of the screen that is white and empty? Logs itself out each the the screen is locked. Very poor design.czarniutki78
