  • Nice Idea, but Too lacking

I like the idea and I think it’s obvious it shouldn’t be taken as gospel, like it’s a bit of fun to give you an idea. Anyone treating this as a serious guide is fooling themselves I think.

But I think the app is lacking too much. There’s no menu that I can see, no way to tell the app to sync with health or other things. This in turn means the step count for me is inaccurate compared to my others.

    I like the idea but I think it;

    1. Should be linked to Lifesum. I was surprised you didn’t login with the same account
    2. Have a menu that you can see linking etc
    3. I guess if not the above maybe let you manually update the steps it thinks? But this would quickly be a pain

1.* EDIT: I found a “connect to Lifesum” button but it appears to do nothing but open Lifesum.. which seems pointless

I hope this app gets updated because I like Lifesum, and I think this could be kinda neat.

  • Clever and fun little app, but it doesn’t connect to LifeSum

This is a fun way to augment your fitness and diet regime, but I can’t get it to connect to LifeSum. If you touch the link the connect the two it just opens the LifeSum app and then nothing happens.
  • Shocking

Fat shaming at its best. This app feeds into body shaming, and is highly like to affect people with body image issues and associated eating disorders. So disappointed and angry that apps and other info is still around today, shockingly poor insight.
  • Fitbit integration please

Downloaded this app as it looked like it would be useful to tie the step count in with food, sadly now deleting the app as it does not include fitbit steps only the steps counted on my phone.
  • On the apple watch?

I downloaded the app and really like it but cant get it on my apple watch?
  • What does ‘one beer’ mean? 🍺

I love the app. It looks great and it’s really motivating.

But what one earth does ‘one beer’ mean? There need to be quantities!

Also a lot of the foods are American based (hotdog, popcorn). I don’t remember the last time I saw a hot dog for sale in the UK.
  • Nice idea but lack of some important features

The idea and ui is very nice however they don’t have widget version to place on watch faces. Also they don’t keep your history of steps, so you cannot make compression in the app.
  • Disappointing

I am have been using Lifesum for a while now and recently discovered this app. I wanted to check how many steps I did, but it wasn’t working. Then, I ran for an hour straight hoping that the steps would finally work but it didn’t say I did any steps. Also, I was checking the ‘how many steps do you have to walk to burn off all of the calories’ but it said zero too. Please fix this so other users don’t feel the same way i did.

  • Why...

Why would make an app that counts steps and doesn’t allow the customers to sync it with Apple Watch or Fitbit?! Do the developers stick their phone in the waistband of their pants all day?

And apart from that my Fitbit tells me I’ve done 2000 steps today and this app tells me 85.

Is any of the above going to be rectified or should I just delete this app?

  • Waste of time

It show the equivalence between a number of steps and calories as food, but i have now idea how to make it count the steps i make in all shorts of activities. Waste of time!
