Technician Dispatch Center - Track all open work orders. - Create user accounts for all field technicians and dispatch Work Orders to specific field techs. - Hide NTE for field technicians. Location Updates - If you're having trouble checking in to a site, call your service coordinator and they can update the site location to allow you to check in. - Hera On-Site will remind you to check in when you arrive on-site. - Hera On-Site will remind you to check out if you leave the work site. Work Order Management Updates - View Work Order and Notice of Award print outs. - Ability for store managers & technicians to complete integrated surveys based on client needs.

- fixed an issue that sometimes prevented all information from check-out to transfer back to DWM (if you keep the app open during the upload, you won't have any problems) - on site, but it says you're still to far away? call DWM and we can now pin-point the exact store location to help you check-in faster (this is helpful for malls and other large locations) - better walk-through for store managers when checking-out
