App no longer works, team unresponsive
Hi, I have been trying to address this issue to no avail. All modes of contact with the development team have been ineffective or nonfunctional. A low rating and a bad review is my last resort to get their attention. I have had AstroMatrix for over a year & even bought the lifetime subscription to remove ads and create multiple permanent Astro profiles. I loved this app and it was very useful and fun. I learned a lot and really appreciated the tool. However now whenever the app is launched, nothing loads. The screen is white. when I tried to submit a ticket via Apple App Store, it didn't even acknowledge that I had made my lifetime purchase, stating "No records of purchase have been made," not allowing me to put any ticket in at all. Their Facebook page doesn't allow messages - all have been returned unsent and the chat window somehow has no name. Can't leave a post on the fb page either. I have emailed mark@AstroMatrix and he hasn't responded and either. This is terrible customer service, and I haven't seen a single acknowledgment of server issues anywhere on their platforms. I also uninstalled the app and reinstalled in case of program corruption. Still getting a white screen and no loading of the app's content. I want this fixed, as a paying customer. If the app is going to be abandoned, I want a refund of my "lifetime purchase."Show lessMelodyJoy90
New screen hogging ads at the bottom
I’ve been using this app for quite some time & I’ve enjoyed it. However one day after an update, (nice coincidence😉), 4 ad “boxes” appeared at the bottom & don’t go away when I close them. I hoped that by doing other updates, they would go away, but obviously didn’t because here I am. So I went from having a full screen to almost 70/75% which is extremely annoying. It covers up the same percentage of the screen on my friend’s tablet or whatever it’s called. If it would’ve been like this in the beginning, I know I wouldn’t have kept it long as I don’t like things flashing at me while I’m reading as well as not having much room to read w/o scrolling a ton. Ppl that haven’t seen this w/o these ads might not care, but if they don’t then they’re either beginners and/or like annoying ads. lol Seriously though this is ridiculous. 🙄 They shouldn’t be like this. Is there anything that can be done about the screen hogging ads minus deleting the app?Show lessAE0417

By far the most detailed and informative horoscope app! You can tell a lot of work and time went into this app! I’m going to pay the one time subscription fee! It’s that good!Tayjad
Bug needs fixed
There is a big that slowly causes the ads to take over the whole of the screen until there is nothing left. I deleted and re dl the app and thought it was fixed but it soon started happening again. The screen becomes smaller everyday until after a week it is full of the same ad repeating itself until nothing is left. Please fix. I use this app everyday so the bug is very annoying.Show lessAriescat87
Excellent App!
My relationship with Astrology began with this app. It has always been so user friendly and educational for someone with no background in the subject. It was my first tool to realize my intimate connection with the cosmos, and the potential for self-realization through learning my natal placements and aspects, and observing the transits and cycles of the celestial objects. I realized Astrology was the key to unlock myself as a mystery unfolding within the GREAT MYSTERY. I am now a formal student at the Faculty of Astrological Studies in London. The best astrology app for beginners to pros
I discovered Astromatrix 3-4 years ago and it quickly became my favorite astrology app. It's easy to use, includes beautiful artwork and most importantly, it's accurate. Lastly, it's very economical, as it has an excellent free option as well as an annual subscription, which provides total access and ability to store numerous charts, so you can share results with your friends and family. Finally, it has an excellent compatibility option to help you sort the princes from the frogs 🐸 without having to kiss them 1st. Get the annual subscription , you'll not regret it. Happy casting!

Best astrology app I’ve ever used!
This has to be the best astrology app I’ve come across. It makes even some of the desktop sites I've used like cafe astrology or astro.com.Chiptkbyjcyi
Normally I love this app but…
I’ve been using this app since at least 2020 with iPhone. I recently upgraded to the new iPhone 14 with iOS 16, and like many other Lifetime purchasers, I cannot restore my purchase. I’m using the same email, same Apple ID, everything. These ads are ridiculous and I’ve tried contacting support twice with no reply. Their ‘Contact Us’ link on their website also doesn’t work, which seems suspicious. I refuse to buy another Lifetime purchase, since it’s supposed to be LIFETIME. Please fix this and/or help! Normally I love this app and it’s one of my go to’s. I would recommend it to everyone, but now I feel confused and disappointed. ASTROMATRIX HAS TURNED INTO A SCAM!
I’ve been real frustrated with this app. I’ve contacted them numerous times about my subscription. I purchased a yearly subscription and I am still receiving ads. When I go to the settings and click on validate it saying that they can’t find a subscription. But yet when I try to click on purchasing the annual subscription, it says that I have already purchased it. So why am I still receiving ads, if it is clear That I have already purchased it. I have emailed support and even tried to go through Apple App Store for help. Very disappointed with this app. I used to love to use it but now I feel like I’m being ripped off.
