Foster City Access is the official app for the City of Foster City in California. The free download for your mobile device is designed to improve how the City of Foster City delivers services to the community. You can report non-emergency issues (potholes, street light issues, codes violations, park maintenance, etc.) and you can add your location and pictures to help the city respond quickly.
