Customer Service Is Not Helpful
I had chats with customer service through Halodoc app to ask for solving my problem when linking my insurance to the app.
But, Halodoc’s customer service just repeated asking me “dengan bapak siapa?”, “seperti apa masalah?” then stop responding without come up with solution. Even I have sent screenshoot of the problem!
Just waste user’s time and energy! Very disappointed. His name (customer service) is Dimas Ario.Show lessim4m

the app crash everytime i try to open the chat sesion with the doctorFansuthew
It was okay
i order a spray pain killer (etyhl chloride) from this app; after making payment via third party (gopay); halodoc merchant cancel my order. but i didn’t get an automatic refund to my gopay
customer service said it’s 5 working days max to get refunded, but still no refund. the customer said it would be check with their team. while you’re using an automated system, why you have to use bunch of people just to make sure i get my refund? the system cancelled my order, supposed to be i get refunded automatically with no timeShow lessbinuocta
A very excellent app
The service is excellent, the driver is nice, the medicine is well packaged using the halodoc bag. But one thing is missing, we can’t track the driver through an embedded map, it’s either we couldn’t find it or it is just not there. But overall it is a very good application and it sure helps a lot of people to find a specific medicine right in front of their doorShow lessChesire Ave
