Same problem green line
I am have the same problem with mine can someone help me with this exactly same problem my wife work well but not for me I have an iPhone 8 Plus she had iPhone 10 Plus . Need help
Green Line
Just like a lot of these reviews, the app worked well until my phone updated. Now there are green lines across the cameras. I liked the app before, but right now it’s unusable. Hoping these bugs get worked out soon so I can use it again. I rely on this to be able to check in on work operations when I’m not on site.

App not working with new iOS update
Green lines on the app. Box and hardwired monitor works fine.
Worst Security Camera App
Since day one this app and the whole SGSEye system hasn’t worked as advertised. So many bugs half the app doesn’t work. Of to the trash is goes. And buying a Ring surveillance system even with the month fee be worth than this junk.
Green lines, no video
I check my cameras daily but now all video is covered in green lines. So far my wife still has access to the cameras. It’s just on my iphone. I uninstalled the app thinking reinstalling would help. It didn’t. All other apps are functional. Would appreciate a fix.
Glitches After iOS 13.1 Update
I throughly enjoyed being able to check on things away from the office but after the update not so much. Now all I see is a rainbow of colors across the screen. Please do an update soon to fix the issue..
Green lines for cameras on app.
Can’t check cameras with the app anymore, it’s just green lines going across the screen. Tried deleting the app and re-installing it, not working, other devices are working fine. Can it be the new software? If so it needs to be fixed ASAP!
Glitches UPDATE 3/2/19
So the glitches are gone, but there’s a new issue. We would open the app to view the cameras and if we kept them open for too long the entire phone rebooted. Sometimes this made our phones reboot nonstop for a while. One thing to note is that we have new iPhone XR phones updated to 12.1.7 or .6. Please fix. Thanks guys!

Crashing
Installed on new iPhone XS Max and it keeps crashing. It’ll work for a minute or so and crash the phone. We need an update to fix these bugs.
Worked good for first
Few months now we can’t watch from our iPhones any which was the whole purpose of getting system. Amazon will get this back and no contact information
