I love Standout and this is one of the tools I use everyday. While there is room for improvement, my immediate ask is to support landscape mode for tablet users. Could you please add support for landscape mode?Sandeep Adi
One missing piece
I LOVE this app and platform. It has such a robust amount of information to learn about the people you work with! The one missing thing, in my opinion, is being able to select a colleague to compare standout roles. Not just learning about how they work, but an analysis or breakdown of the ways that I work compared to how they work. How we work well together, the typical ways the two profiles might get stuck or have issues, and how we can best help one another. If this were added to the platform, we’d all be learning about ourselves and have actionable ways to show up for our colleagues to improve interactions and therefore output.Show lessSammytIII
Logs out then freezes
This app logs me out about once a month and freezes when entering log in information. Usually takes several tries to get it to the password screen. Great times!Die_Lahn

Task List should be the first screen on the check in flow
When I start my check in it would be great to see the list of tasks I had planned for the week rather than starting with a reflection of how the week went. It would give the right context to proceed with the rest of the check inOnly good for taking test

Test is great, ap not so much
Basically just one page showing the most basic part of your results from the test....And the words are cutoff. No other functionality.Sunshynee day
