  • App never logs in

    Every time I try to log in and use this app it will not launch. What’s the point of making an app that you can never use because it won’t let you log in. Stupid!

    Connect keeps taking me to safari can’t track my steps or connect to my phone
  • Absolute garbage

    Someone in our corporate office got conned. This unstable app is terrible. It won't sync anythng but Steps with Apple Health (that means you get no credit/points for excercise workouts) and it rarely signs in using corporate credentials. Avoid this application if you can. Pure junk.
  • Two issues

    The app will not open on my iPhone. It redirects to the browser. I understand this is a bug they’re working on. The other issue is I cannot connect Apple Health to the Ramp Health via the app or website. Not particularly thrilled about this app.
  • Poor App Design

    So I’m an employee at Hopkins medicine, and I find the app unuseful. Basically, on login, I am taken to a web browser, and then I can interact with my homepage, however, there is no app functionality, and I have to only use the web browser and not the app.
  • Problem logging in on mobile

    So first off, this app is awesome. I’ve been using it on my work computer. However, the app won’t let me in anymore on my iPhone after I did initial setup. I got in the first time, but have failed every other time on mobile. I feel like I’m pretty tech savy, but can’t figure out why that is.
  • Strongly Dislike

    We were using Virgin Pulse for our health tracker app at work. Loved it! It was colorful, easy to use, and understandable. This app here is oh my God I don’t like it. I really wish they would go back to Virgin Pulse. This app crashes a lot, sometimes it doesn’t open, and if it does open none of the images can be seen! Yeah you guys need to work on it please.

  • Fix the mobile app

    Tried for 2 day to connect to a doctor...on a lap top iPad Air and Samsung s6A to no avail....everything comes up not compatible ...I hope employers are not paying much for this service.....the people are friendly but in the end I had to go to a doctor ...all they would need is to use FaceTime for a iPad or line for the Samsung.....as it is now it’s usless

  • Love this program

    We use benovate at work, and some of my earned points can even come from my step-tracker app that connects into this one. I have access to all my benefit info, too, and there's a virtual clinic which is great. I've never had that before.
