What a disaster of an app
Is this the worst food ordering app I've ever used? Yes.
Was there any way to add the free broccoli bites they promised if I used the app? No.
Could I add a tip to my card using the app, or at time of delivery? No.
Was there an easy-to-use interface and an overall pleasant user experience? Now you are just mocking me.
Sorry about that. How long until they realize what a horrible mistake they have made with this app? Maybe 3 weeks, or until all their delivery drivers quit.
But how was the pizza? Not bad, not great, but we'd get it again. I'll just use the phone next time.
