I don’t know how to raise awareness for this issue so I’m hoping that this review can accomplish that.
We’ve been ordering from Chichos via the app for about 3 years now. Their food is excellent. Hot, tasty, fresh, decent value, excellent service, there really isn’t anything else i could ask of the food.
My problem is the app. We live on a new estate and in the beginning the app wouldn’t accept our address, much like other places because it’s a new estate, but with a little tinkering on the post code, we managed to solve that issue and have had many successful deliveries for the past 3 years. But all of a sudden the app is now saying that it won’t deliver to that address. It’s also not been updated with new addresses, so still won’t accept our actual post code. Which leaves us in a predicament. We can’t benefit from the 10% reduction on price from the app and we also can’t just pay with a click of a button.
Please can you find a way to fix one of these issues and allow us to order from the app again, we love your food and want to continue to enjoy it.
