I really like that this app has so many pre loaded lists so that it's quick and easy to get my kids set up on it. The option to put in my own lists is also nice.
Many options...individualized
Seems a little confusing as to exactly what to do at first...boards, classes etc.. Maybe some talk through and or writing to explain as you go and or make choices. This app is GREAT for a classroom teacher working on spelling and or language skills. Could be helpful for a mom who home schools and has several children to keep track of. I like that it keeps a history on each child. You have many options to tailor this app to each individual child and his or her learning interests and styles. One area that could be better for my child is to have the choice of yes and no as well as the check and x.

The first day my 7 yr old learned how to spell grandma, then the next day he was asking to "play" spelling again! Love it!
Great way to practice spelling
As a speech-language pathologist, I'm always looking for new ways to target spelling and learn sight words. This app has a great variety of different activities to target words as well as keeping learning fun for the kids. I can't wait to use it in therapy and at home with my daughter. I especially love that you can make your own word list easily and incorporate those words into the various games.

Would like to be able to have a choice of English accent used. UK, Australian, Nth America.
When loading, rather than flashing, a download bar/circle would be better. The flashing makes one think something is wrong. :-)

Another great app
I have loved using bits board app with my students and they love it too. I feel confident that this new app will be just as popular with us. Like the similar format so we can jump right in to using it without a steep learning curve. Thank you for your quality apps!

This app is easy for my child to use. He is having fun while learning to spell. There are so many games that he can use that he doesn't get bored.
