Avoid this as a learning tool
Some of the information are out of date (the app currently asks about the president in 2020). Some questions I encountered were incomplete, cut-off mid-sentence.
The app is filled with ads: there is a banner ad visible at all times, plus it forces you to watch full-screen ads as you interact with the app, way too often.

Only the scanned USCIS Forms
I found it to be useless. It only gives you the list of questions which you can also can download directly from the USCIS website. Besides, every time I open a document, it doesn’t allow me to go back and it forces me to close the application every time.

Hi! The bug that you're saying is an iOS13 Bug. Not an app bug. If you'll update your iOS version to the latest or iOS13.2, You won't need to force close the application. That bug has been fixed on the said iOS13.2 version. Thank you!

No sound
You have to seat and flip the question. The video which I thought made it better, did not have a SOUND, so I can’t listen while doing other things. The tests have NO sound too. This seem to be a waste, the only good thing is you can download the book. I wanted something more interactive so that I can use this app while doing other things. If it wasn’t all these it would be good but they might ask you to pay to get a sound on the video and test 🤯.

This is weird and We're not sure why you don't get a sound because the video has sound and the test has sounds too. Maybe try the basic troubleshooting and see if the audio volume is set, the bluetooth audio is not connected to any other devices and definitely most left of is, MAKE SURE your device is NOT ON SILENT MODE. It'll have no audio.
