Not accurate location
I live in the USA,my child lives in Jamaica and I download the app to her phone so I can see where she is at all times.The first two weeks it works find but last week the app tells me she is at home when she at school.kikiadman

Zocal is basically a platform for local conversations. The news feeds are split by city so you can browse content that’s specific to a place. Great app!Ni3219

Only your city is shared!! I love it
I was always cautious of using Snapchat's Map, Google Latitude, or any other location app with my friends. They broadcast your exact location and with everything that's happening around the world that is so unsafe!! What I love about Zocal is that it shares only your city and doesn't show people your exact location. This I can get on board with.Show lessFrank Lehmann Sutnam
Staying in touch is so much easier!
I recently graduated college and moved to New York. Zocal makes it super easy to find which friends are near me, or who all are visiting the city. I've managed to get in touch with quite a few people who I would have otherwise missed.holden007
Rediscovering my city

Got me to see a Beatles Cover Band Concert!
I got to find out that a beatles cover band was performing in a club only a few streets away because of the app. I am a huge fan of the beatles and it would've completely destroyed me had I missed it.asassssa12
Great platform for everything local
Local restaurants & businesses, people visiting, the local news - this is a platform for all of that. You can post about anything relevant to a city and not spam your friends that live thousands of miles away!Renie Facher
