Logistics issues compounded by poor customer service
My order wasn’t updated to show it has left the warehouse. Although medicines reached the store, I cannot pick them up as store personnel cannot generate a receipt. When I contacted customer care they unilaterally cancelled the order, after promising to fix the issue. Customer care representative was unapologetic and blamed me for not picking up medicines sooner. Very unprofessional behaviour.
