One of the worst customer support I have encountered. Faulty product reported and the agent who gets connected on call, talks to me like I’m his friend, zero professionalism. Post which communication started via email, no response since more than a week now.AnuBR

Scam they just want you to buy their product
They will only call you while buying the product
Once you buy and the product and the product is faulty they will not respond even after giving full proof of lab reports
A total scam if you get a working product then luck or else you’ll end up like meDannym1920
Substandard product
This is a fake product with a difference of glucose readings as much as 100-150 mg/dl underreads !

Couldn't even get passed the log-in stage to trial the app. Very poorS_m_#

In app version 4.1.8 there was restriction of country code. Now this has been fixed, you can choose your country and enter a phone number to get OTP.
