Low effort layout / design
The content is great but there is very little effort by the developers to match the quality of design of the print publication. Inconsistencies in typography are jarring. Use of bold serif for body copy is an unforgivable sin, as are the tiny low res images (lazily centred in the middle of the page) on an HD iPad. The app could have so much potential with a bit of investment. Readers and advertisers deserve better.

Subscription current, no access
I waited a day. I’ve lost access. Paying but no access? Please fix my subscription?

Updated the app and now I can’t login and the forgot password function does nothing.
Result = can’t read the issues I’ve already paid for.

Terrible experience
Never encountered such a bad app. Now it is crashing and no way to access purchased magazines or buy new ones!

Rubbish app!
Pathetic support from publisher, well I should say no support at all.
Updating APP and losing all previous editions, so sad to see a great magazine release this rubbish, and don't waste your money on this rubbish.

Shocking customer service
This is the 3rd app in a year but the publisher refuses to put content in each, so when you have a collection as I do, I now have to keep 3 apps to find older issues. No other magazine in the App Store suffers from this. They load up older content that is still downloadable so you can keep your content together. Great magazine, horrific app and don't even bother trying to contact the developer as you don't get a reply

Poor form
First you increase the price of digital issues to the same cost as paper (because of course thats logical...), and then when attempting to purchase any issues it comes up with "unable to purchase".
