I have a couple of ideas for the app that would make it so much better.
1. Add a crafting guide for all the crafting recipes.
2. Add a resource drop rate calculator so we know how much each dino or tool harvests for the least amount and greatest amount at level 1 for dinos.
3. Add a noob, intermediate and advanced section for dino taming so noobs don’t get walloped by dinos and higher rank don’t tame unnecessary dinos for advancing.
4. Add a mobile quest guide or guidelines like a difficulty rewards and objective to complete each quest.
5. A map for the different ark maps with each different thing e.g. explorer note locations, obelisk locations, where the dinos spawn and how rare they are, good spots to build a base and etc.
6.Base guide e.g. how to make it look nice and what the different building parts health, what can damage it, what you need to craft it.
If you can tell me if these are good ideas that will be appreciated.Show lessJamsandwich5353

These are great ideas! Thank you for all the feedback! In general, I try to stay away from features that require a lot of content creation (creating maps, tutorials, etc.). I’m a one person team, so if I spend time designing/fact checking/updating maps and tutorials, I won’t have time to build new features for the app. But great ideas though! If you’re interested, the “About / Feedback” tab in the app has a link to Dododex’s features list. Feel free to add your ideas there and vote on other people’s ideas. 🙂Great app but one issue
What I love about this app is it’s near 100% accuracy during taming (b cause server lag can affect it in rare cases)
The issues I have with this app are that when passing the time. If I close the app at any time. It will destroy the torpor timer. So when I reopen it. I’ll find it has 2 minutes left when in reality the torpor is near max and has about an hour of torpor. This can cause unnecessary stress for most people and needs to be fixed. At the time of writing this the app is outdated by about 3 months. So if you’re looking for accuracy in the map system or I’m torpor (fire wolfs have changed) you might want to look into another source. But overall it gets the job done and is reliable In 99.9% or cases as long as the app remains open at all timesShow lessNate Plays

Thanks so much for reporting this! It’s a known issue that I plan on fixing. In the meantime, the timer should still be running under the “timers” feature - so you haven’t lost it! 🙂Suggestions
1. Add a scale for the Dino’s size compared to player,
2. Add a recepie area for crafting, dyes and food.
3. Add an option to switch to details for ARK mobile, as I play ark on my iPad and the app is saying for example 200 berries for a parasaur, but it is much less.
Though a very useful app, I would be over the moon if you could add suggestion 2 and 3, especially 3.Show lessBESTBESTBEST eVEREvEr
AMAZING app, but one small problem...
So this app is REALLY good at helping you (especially since I don’t know very munch about ark). this app can tell you about what you need to tame, how much you need, and how long it will take. There is one problem though and that’s why I’m writing this review. When you are taming a Dino, it gives you four things you can use to keep the Dino knocked out while taming, but there are other options to keep it knocked out like clubbing it, punching it, and shooting it with tranq related ammo. This is annoying because you can’t substitute the tranq ammo with something like narcotics and I just shoot my knocked out tame with tranq darts most of the time and it screws up the torpor timer that’s on the app. It would be nice to add other options to up the torpor on the app so the torpor timer stays correct. If the devs of this app read this please take it into considerationShow lessComunist Comrade

Countless times on my 1x servers Dododex has saved me in many issues. And even though you can set certain setting for boosted or lowered servers. It doesn’t fully help out all that lot with things, some Dino’s are instant tames on my 15x server but it doesn’t pop up that way on dododex, after taming animals receive an extra 150 levels regardless, and it isn’t accurate when I go for the max level Dino’s in my server ( lvl 240 max wild) so maybe add a few more advanced settings to adjust the templates for other servers furthermore?Show lessEvanisevino#1
