Game done
Try to buy packages takes money but nothing happens. Ask for refunds but tech service none, money game always but now game at end. Been playing it for 6 yrs. even when Chinese got caught cheating , no Google support and as of June 30 PayPal dropping them
Bad patch
When patch 1.3.23.5 was released, I downloaded it and immediately the game just gave me a black screen.
Re download it, still the same, such a shame that developers can't be bothered to test properly.

Lost funds
Continuously I purchase monthly gift on ocean wars, my money keeps being accepted and taken from my bank account but I rarely receive my purchase , so I purchase it again and maybe the second time I will receive it, sometimes I have to purchase it 3 times to get it once, I contact game support and I am told to take it up with iTunes , so I contact iTunes and they tell me that I have to contact game support, so what I’m saying is if you make I purchase there is 1 in 3 chances you will lose your money and no one wants to take responsibility and help you, you just lose hard earned money

Very addictive and fun to play! You will be challenged and it is a game of war so come prepared to get attacked! You will make friends and it will make you lose sleep too lol.

Garbage customer service.
Played for about 9 months and I have to say this app has probably the worst Support I have ever seen. It takes them days to respond to your issues. And they treat their paying customers like garbage. From purposely avoiding merging servers to force players to start new in a new server, to having the game down for a day and then putting it back up without shielding anyone so you get attacked and lose all your ships. No notice no compensation for my losses. They literally REFUSED to do anything for me when it was their game that was down and we had no way of knowing when it would come back on. Just so happens it came back on when I was sleeping. Don't waste your time or money on this app. That's the best advice I can give you

How to cheat in game
Buy pacs then tell Apple and google you did not receive ...u will get pacs and money back....I contacted developer they won't fix this ...so let everyone do it 😜....why should only few cheat and get away with it why not everyone do it
I would give it zero stars for service
Fun game all in all. But, I spent a lot of time making what are called traps. Takes a lot of resources to max them out at the level I got to. One day the up and disappeared. The customer service has been a joke and nothing has been replaced. Seriously frustrating and disappointing as I enjoyed the game. How they don't stand behind something like that and make it right is ridiculous to say the least.

Don't waste your money
This game is a fun game but very expensive. You spend and spend 100's of dollars just to get to a bigger castle. And at the end there's nothing but farming after you killed the rest. They promise a merge but it's a lie they rather start a new server then take care of there customers that spent crazy amount of money with them. This a honest and truth review. Don't download or waste your money there's no point !
