App will not connect to WiFi on camera!
Running 11.2.2 on my iPhone 6s Plus, and it will not connect with the WiFi on the camera. Nice little camera and set up but useless if you can’t connect to view shots and recordings. App needs updating to be functional. Update. 8/18/2019 still waiting on the app to be updated. This camera has sat brand new in the packaging due to not being able to use the app for functionality!!JasonPavlick

Correction to Correction regarding not connecting
I realized the WiFi is misleading . Need to turn off WiFi on phone for remote to work due to home WiFi interference. IOS is updated so at least it works. Correction: As mentioned from an some other persons review , WiFi for camera is VILLAIN but my phone keeps defaulting to home WiFi when at home. 6s plus .Mbcoolio

Works as it should
Not sure what others are having issues with, the app is very easy to use and works without any issues, connect your phone/tablet to the WiFi of the camera then open the app and all worked perfect. For a $40 camera I don’t see how anyone can complain about the camera or the app!! I will say my Hero 5 Black is a much better camera and had a better app but it also cost $460 more than this camera. You get what you pay for and for my use with the camera I give it a 5⭐️s!!Aaaasseewsaw

They should make apps for other cameras this is stupid they need a app like GoPro where the one app has several different options for different cameras on one app that’s why I switched over to GoProPhone glitches

It works. Easy to use. Access wifi feature via settings on iPhone. Select villain as WIFI signal and enter password.Perry1023
