This flash drive is only for pictures, music and video. It is not for other files like pdf or word documents. Also when you transfer files from your phone to the drive you can connect it to a pc or Mac and transfer them there or place them in a bigger external drive. People forget they must delete the pictures in the Luv app so they can import more pictures into their drive. The application has no bugs, it is the user who doesn’t know how to use it.Show lessTech.support
Does not communicate with the flash drive
I don’t know what happened. It just stopped working. It will not communicate with the flash drive so I can’t store anything on it. Don’t know if it’s a bug or watt, but it doesn’t work unload lots of pictures off of it and I can’t. The developer is really need to figure out what’s going on. Read so many reviews. They need to fix the problem. It was a great app first now not even a year later it doesn’t workShow lessTrevdawg_94
Can’t upload or view any new files
Can no longer transfer files from my phone to the usb through the app. Even when I transfer files from my computer I can’t open them from the usbGottaBeJustMe

Transfers photos BUT..
I use this app and thumb drive to transfer photos and video off my phone to free up storage. However, I’m a huge stickler for organization. This software renames your photos to these long winded names made up of letters and numbers. That itself isn’t the issue it’s the fact that it randomizes the order of your photos so they aren’t in order of creation. If I have say photos from Christmas and then photos from Valentine’s Day, when I transfer them to the thumb drive, the software changes the names thus randomizing the order. So I have Christmas and Valentines shuffled together instead of the Christmas photos being in order first followed by Valentines. For some reason it doesn’t do this with video though. It keeps the video names intact so they stay in order of creation date. This is an easy fix and not sure why they haven’t done this.Show lessGeorgeous76
Couldn’t get it to work with iOS 14 on iPhone 8 (Spring 2024)
Tried every method, and solution I could find but couldn’t get it to work with iOS 14 on iPhone 8 (Spring 2024) nor iOS 16 (16.4 I believe) on my iPad 10.2” 7th Gen ... SUPER ANNOYING. What is this so terrible?
Shame on you guys, this app is absolutely terrible, none stop error messages when trying to save and even when trying to delete. How do format this disk and start again? Why are you not updating the app?Nosmo King (UK)

Transferred all my files over, but now every time I try and connect the stick it says I have denied the App access to my photos. I have tried everything to fix this and nothing works. No App support either as is just a Chinese site. Very frustrating.Jaysee79

This is my favorite app. I have been using it for years. You can even change fill extensions to convert files hassle free. To transfer files to and from the files app, I always zip the files first. The files also have to be zipped in the Files app before transferring to the Luv Share app. What I love most about this app is, others don’t have access to it while I am on the Internet. The Apple Photo App is extremely vulnerable while browsing the Internet. Someone infected one of my screenshots in the Photo album and is reporting that I have 2.8GB in the Photo album although it is empty. Everything was transferred to this app by allowing limited access but the malware was not transferred from the photo app. The malware knows that Luv Share exposes invisible files. 😂😏
Another thing I like about this app, is that I can play Music in the background. It also has Repeat and Loop which means I can listen to one song or loop all songs while I work in other apps. ❤️😁Show lessPleased or maybe Not
Worked twice then stopped
Unfortunately it really is as bad as everyone says. First couple of times no issues at all then just stopped and no matter what you do it does not work. Really not worth your money.Cjwh
