Lost all my pictures! All my family photos are gone. Thanks a lot!
Stopped working
Bought this for Christmas and it has since stopped working.. all the pictures are gone that I uploaded on it! So disappointing!!!
It is not what it said it is
The provide a ‘solution’ or actually getting free access to people information and contacts. The app and the flash drive do not work for the purpose so it must be something for these flash drives to go extremely slow and at the end send an error message.
That is this period of time we live in.
Always do an investigation when try to find these kind of solutions.

People don’t read and that’s why they give this product a bad review
This flash drive is only for pictures, music and video. It is not for other files like pdf or word documents. Also when you transfer files from your phone to the drive you can connect it to a pc or Mac and transfer them there or place them in a bigger external drive. People forget they must delete the pictures in the Luv app so they can import more pictures into their drive. The application has no bugs, it is the user who doesn’t know how to use it.

Does not communicate with the flash drive
I don’t know what happened. It just stopped working. It will not communicate with the flash drive so I can’t store anything on it. Don’t know if it’s a bug or watt, but it doesn’t work unload lots of pictures off of it and I can’t. The developer is really need to figure out what’s going on. Read so many reviews. They need to fix the problem. It was a great app first now not even a year later it doesn’t work

Can’t upload or view any new files
Can no longer transfer files from my phone to the usb through the app. Even when I transfer files from my computer I can’t open them from the usb

Transfers photos BUT..
I use this app and thumb drive to transfer photos and video off my phone to free up storage. However, I’m a huge stickler for organization. This software renames your photos to these long winded names made up of letters and numbers. That itself isn’t the issue it’s the fact that it randomizes the order of your photos so they aren’t in order of creation. If I have say photos from Christmas and then photos from Valentine’s Day, when I transfer them to the thumb drive, the software changes the names thus randomizing the order. So I have Christmas and Valentines shuffled together instead of the Christmas photos being in order first followed by Valentines. For some reason it doesn’t do this with video though. It keeps the video names intact so they stay in order of creation date. This is an easy fix and not sure why they haven’t done this.

Couldn’t get it to work with iOS 14 on iPhone 8 (Spring 2024)
Tried every method, and solution I could find but couldn’t get it to work with iOS 14 on iPhone 8 (Spring 2024) nor iOS 16 (16.4 I believe) on my iPad 10.2” 7th Gen ... SUPER ANNOYING. Hoping a fix update will come in the near future so I can actually put, my currently useless purchase, to its specific and intended use.

What is this so terrible?
Shame on you guys, this app is absolutely terrible, none stop error messages when trying to save and even when trying to delete. How do format this disk and start again? Why are you not updating the app?
