Great App with outstanding customer support
I have had this app since 2015. These guys do a great job whenever I have an issue and get back to me in a timely manner. The App runs smoothly and gives you a ton of feedback and data down to standard deviation per hour. Can’t compliment this team enough. Well done!Tru3Undertaker
Great tracking App!
I have used all of the different tracking apps out there. I had a little trouble importing my data from another unsupported app, I sent them an email and they told me to send them my data and they formatted everything for me and sent it back so I could upload in Poker Analytics. I highly recommend this app for any serious poker players! They have also been in contact with me a few times after that just to see how I was liking the app.Show lessCampin Cracker
Love this app
The detailed hand history function is amazing in this app! I read somewhere that the cheapest, easiest way to improve your game is by taking notes, at the table, on your hands. You have to pay attention to all the details, position, stack sizes, etc., to write a good hand history. This app gives you a way to plug all that info in and have a complete visual and accurate picture. Speaking of pictures! The new videos and gifs you can create are so cool!
And, we haven’t even talked about bankroll management and money tracking!!!

Great App If You Can Get Past The Price
I’ve used this app many times over the last few years and it continues to improve. I hate how expensive it is and after my first year in 2016 expired, I didn’t renew. I decided to give it another try and I ended up subscribing again. If you can get past the price tag, it’s a great poker statistics app. I use this app as well as another one and I feel like they are tied in terms of features. However, for me, this one just has a cleaner look and feel.
Another thing is, the developer is very responsive. I have reached out on several occasions with suggestions and bug reports and I’ve always gotten a reply back with fixes shortly after. While I hate how much it costs, the customer service almost makes up for it.Show lessSocial Dropout

Not what I expected
I actually loved this app until I realized it limits the amount of entries you can do without a subscription. I play almost everyday and was keeping track of all my stats myself. This app was doing the work for me and giving me graphs that made it easy to visualize my progress. But without a subscription it limits you to one entry per month. Great App Function Bad Pricing Model
This app has all the features that one could ever want in a tracking software. Data is clear, entry reasonable and features are more than most would ever need. Dev’s are responsive and helpful. They really want to make this an ongoing product and I can throughly support that.
The one flaw that will prevent me from using this product is the pricing. I do understand their desire and need for an income stream, but I believe they have gone beyond what is currently reasonable. I certainly prefer the onetime purchase model vs years of paying $30 and possibly more (future is always uncertain) to maintain this fine piece of software, but renting in just not what I want from an app. Sorry, no can do for me.Show lessPah999

Thanks a lot for this well written feedback. I understand your point of view very well. Unfortunately, we're doing business in a very limited place and we're commited to make our app evolve. Looking at a space where most apps are a one-time purchase, we can see by their number of updates that they're probably not providing a lot of revenue to their owners, and history has also shown that non-updated apps can stop working. Our pricing is indeed above "usual" prices for apps, but "usual" apps like games are targeting millions of users, and we don't. We also believe that the amount of information that our app provides makes that Poker Analytics pays for itself on the long run for our users. This app is a MUST have for serious players... I added the HH keyboard and add notes for individual hands within a session easily- I can’t imagine not including a session...TwoYutes
Best Poker Finance App Available- and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bottom line, this thing works, is powerful, has a clean, gorgeous UI and any problems that do arise, the service team is quick to respond and trouble shoot, and if need be- IN REAL TIME!
