App fails to load
App hangs during initial data download 😭. Perpetually stuck at 66%. Upon restart it attempts to “collect data” but hangs at30%. Will be returning the Dino cards.

I’m trying to find where the registration is, no where on my screen is it showing a menu. Please help me ASAP
No sound
It doesn’t play any noise and even when you click on a dinosaur and it says read out loud it does nothing...... any help developers?
Set gives you a headache
So everything went fine with setting up the set and app but the only problem was the VR set itself. It gave me a super headache and I could not see the cards clearly. I found, that if you just hold the phone up to the card, it worked perfectly fine. There is actually no need to use the VR sets. All you need is the serial number, the cards and your phone!

Awesome toy
If people would actually READ the instructions they would be able to enjoy the product
No sound
So annoyed with this app!! I can not get the sound to work! I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. It used to work and now it doesn’t, I don’t know why! It is definitely missing something without the sound!
Serial number required but it’s now where to be found
I got this product because my son is all in on everything dinosaurs. It’s unfortunate that one out of the box it’s requiring a serial number that is nowhere to be found. I’ve read the other review that had a similar problem and tried the steps listed there...still nothing! Highly disappointed in this!
