Glitchy and frequently disconnects
The idea of having everything is in all is great but this app is terrible. Frequently logged us out during our visit to Shanghai Disneyland and then buttons wouldn’t work to log in again (on both iPhone and Samsung). Staff didn’t know how to fix it, at one point t we had spend nearly an hour with three different staff members, none of who had been trained in trouble shooting.
Be wary if you buy Premier Access through the app as you might find, as we did, that we couldn’t access the pass and were told there’s nothing to be done.
I’d happily pay more for paper tickets, at least then you know they will work unlike this messy, broken app.

Broken app
This app is completely broken. I can’t even load the login page.
Absolute garbage
The app is a garbage in the dirtiest trash can.
High Mobile Data
The app was great but when I check the cellular data usage SHDL app got 1 GB of data for my 3 day visit in Shanghai Disneyland. The app is not that optimized not unlike in Hong Kong app. Shanghai should make the park map offline and static pictures of attractions so it does not consume data every time it loads. Only the real time wait time must consume data, not the static map and photos at all.

One of the worst apps
This is seriously one of the worst apps I've ever used. Trying to register with a foreign account is near impossible and constantly cycles through the sign in with phone number screen. Disney needs to fix this app to be on par with their other parks
