Sound issues on iPad
Very Good
Amazing
Addicted (or is that the wrong word as this is a doctor app😏)!amazingly child friendly and because of the app it has inspired my sister to be a vet, scientist,or doctor.
Amazing app.
Cute app
I was a bit worried when I couldn’t get the sound to work (as mentioned in other reviews) but that was fixed by turning my ringer on - a bit odd but problem solved 🙂
Get well soon
Would be good but no sound!
No sound

Hi Dazza. iPads with a mute / silent switch can often get out of synch with the device's speakers, even though it appears to be un-muted. Certain apps ( youtube etc ) override the device's mute setting so users don't always realise the device is in a muted state. Another user reported the same issue so here's the steps to rectify: Go to settings. If 'USE SIDE SWITCH TO' has 'Lock Rotation' ticked, select 'Mute'. If 'USE SIDE SWITCH TO' has 'Mute' ticked, select 'Lock Rotation' and THEN select 'MUTE'. Flip the mute / silent button on the side a couple of times ensuring you leave it on 'un-muted' ( so you can't see the red dot ). Return to settings, on the 'USE SIDE SWITCH TO' control, tick 'Lock Rotation'. Retest the app's audio. If that didn't work, another solution is to perform a hard reset on the device. This should kick the device into resetting any weird configuration issues. Don't worry your data and apps will be safe. To perform a hard reset: Hold down the home and on/off buttons at the same time. Continue holding the buttons even after the slider appears on the screen. The screen will eventually go black. When the Apple logo appears, let go of the buttons and let the iPad start up like normal. Retest the apps audio. If the above works for you, please update your review so we can hear what you think of the app with audio working. Best regards Plugin Media
