Willy Wonks Slots
The AUTO on my game is stuck and I try to touch it to go back to just the regular games, but it will not change back! I have tried for hours, but I can’t get it to turn off! If I try to bring it back up, it stays on the same game that is stuck and I can’t play other games on Willy Wonka! I need help so bad! This is the second day and the AUTO PLAY is still stuck on my STARRY TRIO TREAT game! I love ❤️ playing Willy Wonka Slots, but at this rate with the AUTO still stuck in the ON POSITION, I will have to stop playing this game all together! I have no idea what games on Willy Wonka Slots are available! Please HELP ME GET OFF THIS AUTO! I will never hold the AUTO PLAY down ever again if I can get this straightened out. Thank you!!!! Also I paid $1.99 for the Sugary Stack and did not get anything from it! It never showed up that I received them on Bill’s Candy Streak! What is happening with these Slots???

This game is way to hard to even win on. They try to force you to spend cash on it. They need to at least make it to where it’s fun to play and you not just spinning on the same amount. Got daily things to do and can’t do them cause you can never win on it. The higher the bet the less you win. Other slots games at least let you win some. You never hit bonus you never get free spins. This game is worthless. You can only pay with what they give you. If you buy credits you lose them very fast cause you can never win on it. At least keep the game interesting and make it to where people want to keep playing. It has so many glitches in it. If your going to win the game will glitch and you lose it all.

Game used to be great
I’ve been playing this since the beginning, but am ready to delete! For the last 2 months have been in contact with support because first, the Premium Season pass that I payed for just disappeared. Then, I was one card away and had one free magic card coming to me when all my cards disappeared. Now I can’t even play the gob stopper game…tells me to spin to play. What do they think I’ve been doing? At first support said they’d fix it, then they said it was the fault of my device even though all my other games were just fine. They even had the nerve to ask if I knew how gambling/slots worked! I even asked them why they even had Charlie in the golden ticket game since no one has EVER won him. What a con they are running. Shame on us for being loyal, wanting to have fun and being duped by them. Oh, but don’t worry “they’ve read our comments and are working on them.”

Broken App with Terrible Customer Service!
For YEARS, I’ve been waiting for Zynga to fix an issue where machines remain locked despite being past the level required to unlock them. They only say COMING SOON. I’ve done everything I could to possibly fix this issue if it was on my side: restart it, reinstall the app, restart my device, everything! I hadn’t played it in ages, so I risked it and deleted my account despite having such a high level and spent money on it. Did it fix it? No. I took this up to customer service. No matter how many times I explained it, they couldn’t understand what the issue was. I doubt I was even talking to a real person. No, I don’t want to sync an old account. No, I don’t want to connect to Facebook. And no, I don’t want to connect to another device account to get more credits and Golden Eggs!! Such a disappointment. The machines on this app are actually enjoyable. Besides the constant shoving of ads and worthless events in your face that take ages to exit out of, the slots were pretty fun, especially if you’re a fan of the movie. But I won’t be reinstalling it anytime soon unless they decide to actually do something about this.
