  • Why does this exist

Just let me connect and control from the pandora app. This app is a limited interface and I have to go to my Pandora app to accomplish some of the functions. Just add player connectivity to the original app and call it a day.
  • Unreliable

This app is absolute trash. It hardly ever works. It can’t ever find the device and it’s just generally inconvenient
  • Garbage App, Doesn’t Compare to Standard Pandora

This app never connects, has terrible navigation, doesn’t allow you to rate songs unless you were doing it at the moment the song plays, doesn’t allow you to add variety to stations and generally functions poorly if functioning at all. I wish we could just use the standard Pandora app with our commercial account. This thing is garbage.

  • Only connects 1/2 the time

This app is very frustrating. It doesn't remember your device or your login, so you have to go through a multi-step process every time to find the device and type in the login. And unfortunately it only gets as far as the login screen about 1/2 the time. As a small business owner I don't have time to fuss with this. I've resorted to using my computer to make music changes, which is also not convenient

  • It's OK, but could be better

It works, but the UI is not the most intuitive. The only serious complaint is that the app will automatically quit after a pre-set interval (but the music doesn't stop). This requires that a user re-open the app, search for a Pandora player yet again and, once found, log in yet again. That process take as long as 30 seconds or more. We use this in a restaurant and it is not uncommon that music must be paused or a particular track skipped on very short notice. But if the app has shut down due to the expiration of the timer - the maximum interval is 1440 minutes (24 hours) - the re-start and re-login process makes it impossible to do quickly. It is unfathomable to me why there is a timer at all but, if it serves some need for some users, there should be a "never" setting for those who don't want the thing to ever shut down on its own.

  • Crash Course

This program is garbage. Always crashing. Dynamically assigning in house ip addresses so the time you want to connect when business is full you have to reset the box to write down the new ip shouted over the PA system.

Plus you cannot create and mix multiple playlists on a schedule. It's all playlists mixed or play only one station. This basic functionality many free music services provide but we have to pay somebody to be ascap compliant. What a crap racquet and disservice to the consumer.

  • Connects but won't control

Downloaded the app to have the convenience of controlling the music from my phone but crashes everytime it gets past the connection. Very frustrating! For such a used platform you would expect more.
  • It works

It is functional and does what it's suppose to. They definitely need to setup an auto login to a selected device so you don't have to always log back in and select a unit. They could also speed it up a bit, it's a little slow.
  • Logs out every time

It's a decent app. It just logs you out of the controller every time you lock your phone, so you have to go through the whole login process again instead of a quick access without getting logged out. Needs to be fixed. Super annoying.
  • When will this be fixed???!

So I'm wondering if there is any app support or updates you guys are working on? I spent over an hour on the phone with someone two weeks ago trying to figure out why it just stopped working, They said it was my internet- and after getting that checked to make sure it was working, she still couldn't help me figure out how to connect- and STAY connected. So you shipped me another box. I set it up by your very easy step by step directions, and I'm STILL having issues with the app quitting, always loading, closing out and having to log in every single time we navigate out of the app. For a business app, it's not very business friendly. If I was in a situation where I could run it off of my computer way in the back office, and not have to change the music on the fly, this would probably be ok. But I own a bar, and depending on the crowd, I need to be able to change a song, or a station just as easy as it was with pandora one. I thought this would be the best scenario because it helps with paying licensing fees, but it has been a nightmare since day 1. Can you tell me what you are doing to improve these features and make it more user/business friendly? I'm afraid if things don't get better with the app, I'll be forced to find another company to go with- but because I've been an avid Pandora One customer for a long time, I would love to be able to stay.
Please let us know what you can do to make it better!
