Good afternoon! We are sorry to hear about your situation. We would like to make two points clear: 1) Data download is controlled by smartphone only. The SIM card is a communication channel only; 2) In detailisation, the time of opening an Internet session is displayed. It can last as long as you wish. The data was likely loaded for a longer time.

With Drimsim, you do not have to think about local tariffs and you do not have to buy a local SIM card in each country you visit, and the balance of €25 is enough for internet and telephone calls. Our clients usually spend from 1,5 - 2 € per day with our sim card, for 10-12 days it is 15-24 €. We recommend replenishing the balance with a margin, the balance will roll over to your next trip.
