I wanted to order congee as I had my tooth extracted. The order took more than an hour. I cannot cancel, I cannot chat to both the shop and the help center. There is only call option but I cannot speak. 😐
Inaccurate Delivery Time Estimation
The App stop showing where the driver is. Despite saying it will show when the driver is near, it did not and only notified when the driver reached which is very inconvenient. In addition, the estimation of arriving time is in accurate and keep extending.
Meh it’s decent at best
Many times the restaurants will cancel orders for no apparent reasons. Also if you do receive the order it will not be as advertised and will be disappointed
Poor Customer Support
Have a very bad live customer support. Always need to wait for so long to get a live chat with agent to report problems.
Can’t add phone number
Can’t add phone number, all the time “wrong number” but the same number in line accept
Driver couldn’t call me so I can no longer use my account!
This company, app and customer service is ridiculous! Driver couldn’t contact me and could not deliver the order. Yet I still have to pay?! They have now restricted my account access due to not paying for an item I didn’t receive! I don’t ever answer the phone because I can’t speak Thai and have NEVER had any problems with any other delivery app!

Terrible
Every time i make an order with card it changes it to cash. No other delivery app does this. Why wont you respect your customers choice to pay by card?
Delivery fee is too expensive
Not worth the delivery fee. I tried to cancel and they wanted to charge 50baht. Never again will I use this app. Will stick to Grab or Panda, much cheaper.
