Notifications
First let me start with saying the promo messages are too much. Daily none stop , you don’t have control over them at all.
Secondly the in app notifications are annoying, you have to open them one by one for the notifications to go away. There is no option to clear them all, having 14 notifications you have to open and close one by one is annoying. Make the app more customer friendly. And have it more clear to understand what you getting yourself into. The packs and bundles are useless and funny. No good offers at all. You pay so much for just funny ridiculous data that expires in one or two days. There used to be an offer that 500 Qatar riyals would last for one calendar year. Now it expires in 180 days?
You want people to come from Ooredoo ? Then make better offers. At this point you two are offering the same thing. Or let me be more clear, you are copying their offers. And worse than them.Horrible UI UX
No notion whatsoever of app design and user experienceNeeds some improvements
If U tap/click “My Bill” or “Pay Bill” tab/button from the Main Screen then go back, it will keep loading forever & U can’t tap it again unless U close & re-open the whole App.. Also Recharging load mostly fails via Apple Pay.. Plz Enhance..
