The app shows a fairly real-time location for the driver, his name and phone in case there’s any issues. I’ve used VIP over the years and always have a good experience.

I love VIP Taxi! Way better than Uber and Lyft
For one, they perform background checks!!!!
Their drivers have all been great and I’ve been using VIP for over 3years now.
Their new app is awesome! I love being able to pay with the app and get an email receipt !
Whenever they have a high wait time and I have finished at the grocery store, they always make sure i am helped in a timely manner due to time sensitive items! I would recommend giving them a try!
