Not optimized for newest iPhones
I like this game; I think it's very challenging, but it's enjoyable to play. I have an iPhone 13 Pro, and I can not see how many hints I have on the top right of the screen, and I can't see the theme of the puzzle either because it is behind the notch. Please update this game to optimize for the iPhone 13 series, as the notch is smaller. Also, optimize this game for the iPhone 14 series for the dynamic island.Show lessTac196
Scams during tournament play
During tournaments such as the current “Valentines” version where consecutive days are counted towards a grand prize of hints, successful completions of the daily puzzle are mysteriously counted as incomplete the next day. This has happened on more than one occasion in recent tournaments and I’m frankly getting sick of this. This is a great game otherwise, so FIX THIS

I’ve been playing Word Brain on and off for a couple of years. Great game to play inflight. Just got a new phone and just learned you can’t port your progress to another device. I’m sitting at 50% complete and have to start over?!
Yeah no, moving to a different word game.

Great game with a little mistake
I love playing this game but some of the levels are to hard I’m stuck on a level and I asked everyone in my family to help but we could not figure out the answers.I believe a simple solution would be to up the age you have to be to 7 or 8 years old.12346sbear
Need to be able to earn more hints
I’m really enjoying having the daily challenges, and I like the theme specials, but between the two I should be able to earn more hints. For example, during this event (Fashionista?) there are 23 days, but I can only earn a maximum of 20 hints. The daily challenges don’t even give me a chance to earn a hint, and I’ve got a streak of 92 days right now. I am not going to pay for hints, and the daily spin is nice, but some hints for completing daily challenges- even if it’s one for every five you complete, or something for a streak, would be nice.
Also, it feels like sometimes the terms don’t actually fit the theme, or only do so very tangentially. Those words are really annoying.Show lessEbianchi
Puzzle of the day
I enjoy playing WordBrain 2 but I am at a lost as to why my puzzle of the day streak is broken when I have solved the puzzle. This has happened on two occasions, the last one being a 19 day streak. This is frustrating.Spooks246
Can’t load the app & can’t get support!!
I used to enjoy this game until a few days ago, and now I can’t get it to load AT ALL, nor can I get an answer as to how to fix the problem. I’ve asked if I should delete and download again but I’m worried then that my progress will disappear, as well as the hints I’ve collected. Is there a user out there who can help me, maybe? The regular WordBrain works fine (for the most part) but WordBrain 2 is giving me an ulcer!! Thanks in advance!Show lessHelaine625
Bad update
Since the latest update, I don’t play as much because it no longer takes you to your accomplished level. Instead, you have to scroll forever to find the last level achieved.1dotxom
No notch support
This app and all other apps made by you that are still maintained, need to be updated to support the newer iPhone models that have a notch. The text is being cut off or hidden behind the notch, and it’s getting in the way of gameplay.

Love the game! However, after last IOS update, my daily game starts at Newbie & I have to scroll thru all the completed games to get to current game (8x8 Textiles). Frustrating!Pammaw72
