Great for Helicopter operations
Zero stars if I could
The biggest bloated data heavy clumsy app I’ve ever used. Haven’t met a pilot who likes it. Every day is a fight with conflicting time zones, lost data etc. if using multiple devices it’s even worse. We work everywhere in canada with slow, high latency cell service and wifi. Good luck using a VPN. No ability to upload files or flight reports without internet. The app constantly says it’s offline when it’s not. Frustrating at best.

This app is a game changer
A one stop shop for flight following, billing, bookings, flight duty tracking, weight/balance, performance, alerting and operational gear tracking. Having been in a number of companies that have tried different programmes or internal processes, it was clear to me that Cirro was ahead of the game when I started using it. Support for the product is excellent, and there’s even an option to customize functionality (for an additional fee) for unique areas of an operation, that is not typically covered by Cirro’s function. A few areas of the programme could be upgraded to enhance user satisfaction, but Cirro’s primary function hits the mark every time - an excellent programme. If I were ever to move to another company, I’d be sure to suggest Cirro as the solution of choice.

Not friendly user for heli
Product made by a developper, not by a pilot. May be suitable for airlines but not for heli operations.

In the past six months we have solved several issues and improved the performance of our Flight Duty Times module specifically for HEMS users. Cirro is the best all in one flight ops software
At our company we had tried to stitch together many software products, however the flow was always rough.
Once we made the switch to Cirro, everyone from dispatch to the pilots were happy to have a single flight ops software. Pilots enjoyed using Cirro flight duty times, and having their EFB reliably offline.
The team at Cirro is fantastic, importing data was no problem and the support is always quick to respond. Great software, I would recommend it to anyone.

Great Flight Operations App
We have been using this app for almost a year and it is fantastic. It has replaced 6 pieces of software we were using. The interface is very user friendly and modern. Our operations are very unique and while it was good when we first signed on, it has now surpassed my expectations. The developers are happy to integrate features to suit the needs of your company and ops. It has come so far in a year, I’m excited to see its capabilities in another year. It is well worth requesting a demo from the Air-Suite team.

Great App
We’ve been using this app for over three years now. Knowing that we got in early, I assumed there would be bugs. The Air Suite team has been fantastic addressing any issues and the development has been great. They believe in bettering the software for all clients.
I highly recommend this program. When we are having an audit or working with a new client we always show off Cirro.

Resourceful and a great addition to the Aviation industry
The company I work for uses Cirro everyday and has been for the last 2 years or so, so it is put to the test quite frequently.
Each application within Cirro is well laid out and quite useful. There is always more to the app than you initially think so it’s very helpful to spend some time playing around with each function. The layout and look of both the app and the desktop version is smooth and easy on the eyes, as well as the documents that are generated.
The Airsuite team has always been very responsive to my ideas and suggestions regarding Cirro and always do it in a timely manner.
I highly recommend this app.

Useful and Organized
Have been using Cirro for the last year
Interface on the computer and app are all smooth and relatively user friendly for the amount of information contained within one app.
Bookings and flight reports are made seamlessly and distributed to applicable personnel autonomously.
The map features are helpful - I am a big fan of the fuel cache location overlay; as well as the flight planning tools such as distance measuring that takes your fuel load on-board into consideration.
The w&b compared to an app like iBal could use minor improvements, but overall is very useful
The team at Cirro has always given a prompt reply to any question or concern that we’ve had, and they have been welcoming to any feedback.
Overall, within the company I work for, this program has condensed scheduling, flight planning and pilot record maintenance into an easy, manageable task.
