Bogus
I got this app to make a little extra money. I accumulated a nice amount in the first month. Btw, it took a month maybe more for my authentication to go through. While I waited, I kinda stopped trying to make more money just in case I wasn’t able to receive it for some reason. Keep in mind I don’t know this app therefore I didn’t trust it. Sure enough, after my authentication went through to make money, it just became so difficult to cash out. I believe this app is bogus. I have not received my money to this day. Even though I put all of my information in it. I gave up and so these crooks have the money that I earned…. Don’t even think about getting this app..Show lessglr-girl
Developers not contacting anyone, app issues
I won’t recommend this app anymore. The customer service people haven’t contacted me back, I can’t make a call on here, I can’t even send messages. The developers haven’t contacted me back. Trying to even cash out has been an issue. It’s been a year and no contact from them. They are holding thousands from me! I feel scammed! I’ve even contacted Apple to try to help that didn’t work. The developers let the app go down hill and do not care. So, my lawyer will contact them. I write this to let everyone know here to not download, or work with this app.Show lessRay1211

Absolutely horrible business! I’ve had the app since 2020 and all was going perfect till 2024 !!! They are withholding everyone’s cash out for months and they will not reply to anyone !!!!!! Doing the math they are keeping millions of dollars from all the girls or guys that work on here , this is a HUGE ISSUE , and everyone they owe needs to work together and get this app into problems , this is actually something that should get the maker locked up for stealing peoples money , it may seem minor but when you add up how much they have stole from everyone , that is a FELONYShow lessAurapoints
Issues with the app, developers not responding to emails
This is horrible to say. But, the developers really let the app just die. I have been trying to contact them by email because that’s the only way to contact them, and nothing. It’s been months and no response to anything I have asked. Example, I have UNES missing, it just disappeared and I contacted them about it. I have yet to hear from them. This makes me very worried. I also have been having issues with cashing out and I also have been emailing them. every time I put my information to authenticate it always comes back, saying there is an issue go back and fix it but on the email they never specify what’s the issue! I want Apple to look into this and have them start to reply to the customers. I want UENME to start responding to customers who are having real problems. I know of two people who have sent an email out because of issues, it’s been a full year and they have yet to get a response. Even when reaching out to them on their social network nothing. No response. It’s really bad and I would like someone to really explain what’s going on.Show lessGood for what it is!
This app is pretty legit. You can set the rate to whatever you like and honestly If you don’t know how these apps work then don’t use it. Simple. If you’re okay with paying to talk to others then go for it. If you don’t want to pay to chat that’s fine too. People will do what they want regardless and if you want a little extra money this is great for what it is. My friend recommended this app and I’ve made money on it and cashed out. The only issue I have is logging in sometimes. I sign out periodically for security reasons and every time I have to change my password to get in. Other than that it’s been great and I set the rate to whatever I like and if they don’t like it then they don’t call you and leave it at that. Most people will let you know or just call immediately after chatting. If you don’t find this as useful take yourself elsewhere where you’ll enjoy an app as I’ve found myself here. Only other con id like to mention is the consistency. You have to be consistent and willing to chat at any time these people want to chat and will be okay with whatever you have set the rate to in order to speak with themShow lessnonyabiznessss12344
Annoying
Every 3 calls seems to get dropped. Those that don’t, most only stay on a call with me for less then 2 minutes and it annoying and a waste of time. Would be nice if they had minimum call times but I’m not holding my breath on that ever happening. Moreover, it’s happened four times now (FOUR) that I’ve cashed out and the money has sat in limbo weeks at a time while I waited for it to disbursed. All four times, I didn’t get my money until until I complained and even then, it would take them a week or longer to address my issues. Sad times have changed
This app used to be SO amazing. It was so lucrative & beneficial in my life.
I currently have $300+ stored in the app with no way to get my money now because they don’t work with Canadian banks anymore.

If you’re not in the US they’ll keep your money
They don’t make it clear but if you are outside of the US there’s no way of cashing out. Customer service is massively unhelpful. Really wish it was made clear before I wasted a large chunk of my time.misslucyc
App Won’t Load
I’ve been using the app just fine and now an error message stating Origin Unsupported and Service Unavailable. I’m getting badges for messages come through but it won’t work.ThatMetalChick
