Food Not Delivered
I used this app to order food to my train. They didn’t call or contact me that the food wouldn’t be delivered. They haven’t explained how to get a refund, the app says it could take 15 days to respond to my complaint. May be a scam.MusicLVR83

Even after installing the app it takes to chrome and says to install the app again, browser also not allowing to order food it shows two station with something went wrongSangeetha2106
Very bad service
I ordered food near NZMB station and food was not delivered. And when I call the customer, they said thank u for calling please email IRCTC. Then y the customer care service? Never ordered the food when u need because u will starve for the day.@$@&$@-.:@&$
