Infinite loop while starting the app
The app goes into an infinte loop while opening. "Welcome username" and "Get started" screen keeps on swiping infinitely without anyway to stop it. I tried to force stop it and start the app again.. same loop starts.Mahasish
Pathetic State of Indian Banking Apps
I tried many Indian banking and financial apps and websites. All of them are built with a weird notion about security. They think preventing users from right clicking and copy/paste is a great security feature. Such restrictions make these apps/websites extremely unusable. When are they going to come up with a decent, user friendly app without compromising security as the US banks do?Show lessjayem01
New update does not let me log in
There is no option to enter OTP. It keeps saying multiple attempts made when there was none.Attidude001
Not able to login
After the update, I am unable to login to the app. Once I enter all the details, and after dob it again asks to login. Whereas I can smoothly login to the website.RohitRA
Not able to open app

UTI App is not operable.
I have been using many Banking Apps including USA banking Apps and the experience I am having is seamless BUT here while using UTI App, It is having very pathetic interface and not at all user friendly. Since last many days, I have to login and logout multiple times in order to check my portfolio.
We(India) has all the potential to make it happen, not sure why this AMC is not able to keep up with pace while the world is upgrading rapidly. Only being digital and creating an App is not sufficient but rather maintaining and more importantly up gradation is necessary.Show lessAnonymous-UTI
Worst login process
It says user id not recognized so i generated new one then i get error user id already existsoni776
Log in should be integrated with Touch ID / mobile fingerprint scan
App is good but can't login with Touch ID. It would be great if login can be integrated with Touch ID or fingerprint scannerSatya_pr
