When I first opened the app it said error I tapped help and it told me to join its WiFi network I tried but the network does not exist. Waste of time.

I don’t understand why the dominator WiFi is not showing up in my WiFi even though it is on. It doesn’t make sense and the website doesn’t answer any questions other than the products. Not very helpful....
