Needs some work….
The app is great when it works but 8/10 I go to use the app to refill my meds it either crashes, won’t load or when it does load it will only go to certain menu options then get stuck.. I’ve checked my internet speed and my cell data and they are fine. Cleared my cache and still have issues.. pretty much just call in my refills now, not worth the trouble of trying to use the app.. fix the issues and you’ll have a good app.Show lessbIg pApi changa

I’ve never even gotten the chance to use the app because every time I sign in it says “ You’re session has expired. Please sign in again .”

Hasn’t worked once
This app hasn’t worked from the moment I loaded it. It cannot locate my prescriptions, and when I scan directly from the bottle filled at Brookshire’s it reports that my number is invalid….junkKalom98
Broken since iOS 15 update
App just doesn’t work anymore. It was already a marginal experience, but now is completely unusable.Kaboom3245

Hey Kaboom, we have tested the app on iOS 15 for a few months and most of here at the office are using this OS. Sometimes with major updates we see users reporting strange issues, we recommend you reinstall the OS and set up as a new device. This normally resolves any device level issues with the update. This app drives me nuts! First of all it takes for ever for app to open. I continually have to put my email and password in even though I have it on show. Then the app might total disappeared and have to do email and password again. Just getting it open is a major ordeal. It takes forever! Sometimes you put password and email in and app freezes. Also If an Rx has no refills and is ordered it doesn’t show up as “getting refilled” so your not sure if you placed the order or not. Out of all the apps I have, this is the most frustrating.Show lessTerra Rayne

I love this app. I use it to refill my meds. Makes the process very simple and I can do it at any time from anywhere. It helps me to manage my medications & have my necessary meds always available.Pam_nursemom
