Used app just fine for long time but now will not play shame.
Very buggy
I try and use this app on a daily basis, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Very hot and miss…. I end up using ‘simple radio’ which works all the time. Hope this app is fixed and is more reliable soon 🤞
The best radio station I've listened too
I live in Norfolk, so I'm well outside Radio Jackie's area, but it's the best station I've listened too. I love the variety of music played, and the presenters are great. I'm blind, so thanks for making the app accessible with VoiceOver.
A soft spot!!
I absolutely love Radio Jackie. A real radio station that says it as it is. I have been listening for years and years since the days of hanging out at Finefairs (age alert)!!, can’t live without it. I work abroad a lot and listen online to keep me in the loop of my area. Great team, thank you RJ 🥳
App works perfectly, if it ever crashes and says audio error, just stop it and start again as you would with any app.

News keeps breaking
Can't listen to news. Stops playing after a while
A taste of home....
We’ve lived in Texas for 23 years, and it is so nice to tune into Jackie, sing along to the great music, and hear about the snark ups on the A3 - makes me feel a little more at home in this flat, hot land!! Love the night time challenges and the news!! X
lots of Bugs and stuff aren’t working.
Like latest travel and latest news options aren’t working after being clicked or won’t load. been good to have an app of the radio station. But can’t seem to view the news at the moment.😞
Great App and radio
Great radio station with good music, some news presenters sound a bit wooden but good overall. Unfortunately app hasn’t been working for the last couple of days. Deleted it and reinstalled but to no avail. Hope it gets sorted soon
When only the best will do.
I’ve had a long term interest in radio ever since my teens, this lead me to have the privilege of previously having worked for two ILR stations, one in the Home Counties and the other in the North East of England.
Of all the stations I’ve listened to on my travels, I can honestly say, Jackie is the best, by a mile.
Where other ILR stations sound almost identical, Jackie stands out from the crowd as being a cut above, it’s presentation and playlist showing other stations what they should aspire to.

Chuffed!
Chuffed we can now get Radio Jackie - ‘a taste of home’ - when travelling outside the SW London area. Simple app, but effective - thanks Radio Jackie :)

Please update this app it will not work on iOS 11 and slows your device down now. Come on sort this

Just bought a new iPhone and this was one of the first apps I installed. First thing I see is a warning that the app may slow down my iPhone and that the developer should update it for full compatibility with iOS 10. The app does seem to work but it's been 5 years since the last update and a lot has changed in the OS in that time. As the previous reviewer said, "C'mon Guys! Get this sorted!".

Crashes
This app used to be great with no problems but now it just keeps stopping when some kind of advert keeps popping up on the screen ANNOYING ! Since the iOS 10.0.2 I have given up trying to use it. Can you please update this app so I can enjoy radio Jackie again !
Doesn't work
Downloaded on to my iPhone 5 SE but only plays the station. None of the buttons work at all, which I wanted for the travel. Therefore deleted.

A couple of years ago gave this 5 stars. Used to love this on my iphone as it was great to catch up on local traffic news and it also made it easy to contact the studio quickly if you wanted to comment or give info. Don't know what's happened but since iOS change it no longer works which is very frustrating. It just freezes when you press any of the buttons and when you click 'listen' you can't turn it off!!! Had to reboot my phone! C'mon Guys! Please debug and do a HUGE update! Today if possible I'd give no stars :-/.

Been in the USA now for 19 years. My little piece of SW London. Definitely the go to radio station for any New Year's Eve and well into the New Year in any time zone. Well worth downloading and listening to.
