I pay subscription for one month $6 with out they ask me to put my user name and password and they dedicated from my card now I can’t used the application and I can’t return back the money and the customer service inside the application not working I thought the application is fake

I paid one month subscription but the application stopped working suddenly and prevented me from logging in for more than 8 days. The customer service is not helping at all and they was very reluctant in dealing with my problem. They promised to refund the 9 days but they never did. I don’t recommend this app at all to anyone. I ask apple to remove this app from the store.Show lessssarasha
