The Valdosta Click ’N Fix app makes reporting local service requests - such as potholes, damaged street signs and other issues that need attention - easier than ever. The simple-to-use app uses GPS to recognize your location, gives you a menu of common conditions to select from, and allows you to upload pictures or videos to accompany your municipal service request. The mobile app may be used for a variety of other commonly reported issues such as street maintenance, broken street lights, damaged trees, overgrown lots, and others. Citizens may also track the status of reports they or other members of the community have submitted.

  • New to the concept

    There may be something I'm missing but it would be beneficial if you could reopen a closed concern if it was handled wrong. I get why this would not be ideal because of people just not happy with the way things were handled but, for instance, I saw a request for a traffic light at an intersection and Engineering referred them to Tifton GDOT without fully researching that the intersection was in the Valdosta area, not Tifton. I commented as much but there doesn't seem much likelihood that it would be reviewed after being considered "closed". Just saying.
