Upon downloading the app to perform calculations that use combinations of feet, inches, and fractions, and denied the operation of calculation because I have to purchase the feature that permits the input of inches, was a disappointment. No, I felt that the designer hid this from interested people, and then throws the pay for the ability to use a very common function in calculating feet, inches, and fractions was detestable.Show lessDivotdope
Perfect for Wood Working
Like most wood workers, I have gotten used to “doing the math” with a square pencil, scribbling on a piece of scrap wood with one hand, and holding a second piece in place with the other. But when my head is into a creative idea in wood, I want a fast answer without having to switch focus. This app is amazing and allows me to punch out calculations in seconds, rather than minutes. Very, very intuitive. It takes a minute to learn to input the fractions because it’s a different step compared to inputting whole numbers on your typical calculator. But only a minute.
