  • Can’t book classes

    Downloaded to see class timetables and book but the only class displayed is Gym Induction and Jomba. Disappointing

  • Only good to book classes

    Can book classes but that’s it. Cant see training guides after downloading them.

  • Not bad

    I love how helpful this app is when it comes to creating workouts. I’m new to this whole gym thing so I don’t know much about equipment and how an each exercise looks so the videos really help. The only thing I’d say is that I can’t edit my workouts or exercises if I make a mistake after I’ve saved it so I have to delete the whole workout and recreate it.

    We are happy to hear that you are making use of our create your own workout feature. One way to change your workout is to edit once you start a plan. This means you can change the number of reps, add more sets, select different weights, and adjust the rest time.   • Problems with advanced bookings

    I’m new to this app, & my current gym. When I joined I was told I could book classes 6 days in advance using this app.

    However, when I try to see which classes are available more than 3-4 days in advance the listings jump up & down on my screen making it difficult to see which classes are on & when.

    Is anyone else having this problem?

    If so, what can I do to stop this happening as I’m missing out on classes I’d like to attend.

  • app does NOT work

    I put my correct email and correct password
    and when i tap log in a box pops up asking to accept terms an conditions. I tap accept but nothing happens afterwards. I’ve re set my password because i thought that was the problem. I tried again I tap accept and nothing happens. I delete the app and re download it and same story. I try logging in online on safari
    and i have no problems works straight away.
    so the app NEEDS fixing.

  • Would be good if it saved your workouts

    I only use this app to book classes, but the feed is constantly empty? There’s an option to log stats but that doesn’t actually work, it says there are never any stats to log.
    I think it would be useful if the app could save the workouts you have completed, or show them on a calendar. I agree with other users that the simple addition of showing the day of the week alongside the date would save hassle. Hope this helps

  • So so very poor

    My experience of using this app is SO poor I nearly left the gym I’d joined because of it.

    Some fundamental points have been missed by the developers the most major being that NOBODY books classes for the week ahead by numerical date alone so you have to constantly refer back to a calendar when booking to see what actual day you are booking on. Infuriating beyond belief.

    Also the app prevents you booking new classes if you miss 2 classes however whatever they use to calculate this is flawed as I am being blocked on a regular basis despite signing and and attending every class.

    The body goals function is valueless to any serious fitness enthusiast and appears to be an afterthought.

    Hugely disappointing piece of programming.

  • Frustrating to use

    I frequently open the app to be told I have not booked any classes.
    When trying to book a class, it constantly jumps around the list, so it’s difficult to tell which day I’m looking at. Would be better if you could choose a date, instead of trying to scroll to it.

    Hi, sorry to hear that this is frustrating. To select a specific date for a booking, click on the add booking button and when you see the bookings available there is a search icon in the top right corner (magnifying glass) which allows you to select a specific date.   • Really useful

    Nice quick and easy app to use and really makes sense. I’ve noticed the ‘activity’ feed is always empty despite me going to the gym regularly. Also I don’t like that I receive an email every time I book a class/cancel a class etc

    We appreciate your feedback. It sounds like you might be logging into your gym, but not putting in your workouts. To update your activity feed, you should manually add in your workouts. Please be advised that classes don't display in the activity feed.
  • Not worth it

    Terrible. Doesn’t load at all. After entering the log in details, they ask for the privacy policy to be read, page error every time I click on it and can’t get any further due to this error...disappointing!
