Microphone Issue Resolved
Giving 5 because Free App that does what it says.
NOTE:Make sure you give the app access to your microphone. I didn’t and it never told me otherwise.
I am impressed with the ability to decode Morse and if you are an amateur radio operator then that is probably why you got this app. Don’t expect miracles. Receiving Morse code includes a lot of variables that these apps just aren’t going to be able to catch. Real world Morse code fades in and out and varies in speed.
That being said this is a helpful tool and I have found no better.
Apparently I had never allowed it access to the microphone. Other negative reviews are from users not getting the app to “Hear” Morse and I assume (like me) that is their problem. Troubleshooting for that type of thing would be helpful if the developer keeps improving this app.

What?
This app doesn’t work. There is no sound and although the strobe feature is cool, it does not work for translating any text I type,only the preset text. When I try text to Morse, It immediately ends and I see my text at the top in mirror writing. T

Decode with mic is mostly worthless for us.
We already know morse as a ham op. Thought it’d be a handy app to have running in the background sometimes but the decode misses many characters and produces a lot of gibberish. Even at slow speed. I could clearly hear stations calling cq and the display instead showed many e’s, t’s and the occasional word. Sometimes, many emojis. That after placing phone near speaker and setting proper levels. That part is touchy. I gave it two stars for possibly being useful as a learning tool. Decoder? Not so much. Sorry. More work needed but I will gladly give it another go and more stars if warranted. Fabulous morse
Good fun it also flashes the light with sound. This really works, voice input as well. very helpful, easy to use, My Partner has it so we send secrets to each other.

Connected it to two different HF radios, couldn’t decode audio input

Perfect app for Morse code audio decoding, although there are certain error rate there
Good but important function is missing
It will be 5 stars rated and a killer app, if sound and flashlight signal could repeat often as we would like.
Audio decoder seems to work
I tried using it on some morse audio code in a game but seemed like it was not 100% accurate, maybe it needs a bit more tweaking, but once it does, this app is awesome

Too slow
I like the waveform display, but the max WPM is 21. It couldn’t decode any of a 24 WPM sound.
